Default tru boost AEM

Hey guys ,anyone useing the AEM tru boost? Im going in the morning to help my mech.set it up . Looks like we have it all hooked up per instructions but we dont have any insructions on how to set it.

It takes some time to set it up properly. Start with setting the wastegate spring pressure, set it low first like around 4. To set the boost setting start low again and gradually go up to what you want your boost to be. Remember it shows you duty cycle not actual boost when setting it.

Huh my spring is .08 .whats the difference between duty cycle an boost?

I use the true boost and am very happy with it. Running spring pressure 9.2lbs and 60% duty cycle with E85.

I am at 20.5 psi @ 60%.

Youll have to fiddle with the arbitrary numbers that signal how much boost you're getting: set the A boost up to a low setting, then gradually increase your B boost setting until you get your higher boost level: this will give you a good indication on where you can run your A boost setting.

I use one on my turbocharged 928, I like it.
