George, first I am glad no human lives were lost or harm during the fire, everything else is replaceable, you are a great guy who never quits so you will build a even better house for certain.

Best Regards

Luis

The entire roof and all walls will be stripped to the studs. Looking for a rental home as I type. Looks like a 9 to 12 month project. Looks like I'll be getting that 4 car garage done during the rebuild.

Thanks for the comments. My kids are doing better today. We are staying at the mother in laws place, and I'm having a blast.

Think my car will be done before my house?
Not a bet I would be taking...

George,

Glad to hear everyone is safe and sound, the house can be replaced... the family not so much!

Good job prepping the kids for the worst case scenario, sounds like you guys did it right!
