FWIW, I wrapped up install yesterday on 2 cars... one was a 26-8.. the other was a Kokeln Stage 5.. (come to think about it, BOTH turbos were purchased for less than a K27 conversion)
While the K27 will outflow the 26-8, it would be hard pressed to beat the Kokeln Turbo!
Also of note, was BOTH were direct bolt on... only catch on the Kokeln turbo is it is only oil cooled, so we deleted all the turbo water cooling bits (pump block off, and installed an NA reservoir...)
