Default Camshaft wear - pictures
I purchased this used camshaft and would like to know if it is in good shape, the lobes look like they have excessive wear...any thoughts? Should I return it?

I brought up the same question years ago, answer I got was normal and the cam has given me no problems in the years since

The cam I just got rid of had the same wear.

That's normal -- I believe it helps rotate the lifters to keep them plumb and wearing even, no?
