Ok I have a 1987 951 w/ stock cam, fuel injectors, intercooler...
I have a lindsey dual port wastegate w/ MBC
lindsey 4" exhaust with magnaflow
Autothority Stage II DME/KLR chips (will these work with MAF meter?)
3.0 Bar fuel regulator
I am looking to get an MAF kit, preferrably plug and play because Iam not a wiz at tuning and dont want to blow my engine by runing too rich...
I heard good things about Vitesse and Rogue, but on the fence w/ Autothority and Lindsey, got feedback about loss of power and running too rich, some ppl reported blowing their headgasket.... so hope you fellas can point me in the right direction, also and feed back on my current setup
i.e. does my setup work well together should i make changes and how much power can I expect to get out of it with a MAF....

Basically for your setup the thing that a MAF would help the most with is tuning if it had a piggyback or mafterburner etc, but if your not going to do that, your call. It will help with air flow, but won't gain you more than a few HP. A very recent thread talked about Vitesse and Rogue MAFs. I can personally say that I have the Autothority MAF (Pro Flow) and have never blown a headgasket, and the car runs fine. Can't say whether or not I am running a little rich because I do not have a wideband.

I have a similar set up (see signature). I have been running the mafterburner since I bought the car 4 years ago. It's easy to tune, can run off my laptop while driving, A/F is right where is should be at WOT. I have been running around 19psi on stock 26/6 with no headgasket problems. Although I rarely run to redline, I generally shift around the 4-4500 mark when I am pushing it.

If you're not up for any tuning and want a big improvement with widely proven results and great support, get the Vitesse MAF kit with injectors.
Of the items you listed in your setup, the 3bar FPR is the only piece that's a prerequisite for a typical MAF kit. The exhaust upgrade and wastegate are a 'nice to have', but aren't tied to the MAF decision.
You shouldn't try to take advantage of your existing chips. By trying to use the existing chips and swapping an AFM for a MAF, you are effectively trying to simultate AFM input with a MAF, which is just not the same. I hear it can work, but it's not ideal.
If you're not up for the expense of a proven MAF kit, then it's not worth changing anything at this time. If you're patient, a used Vitesse setup will pop up for sale, and even with a used setup you will get great support - just make sure you get all of the pieces - MAF, MAF pipe, air filter, all couplers, MAF wiring (basically just the harness from the AFM connector to the MAF, with two additional wires for power and ground), injectors, DME chip, and instructions.
And regardless of what you decide to do, a wideband O2 sensor is necessary if you want to take out the guesswork. You never know when something about your car could change - grounds going bad, etc. - that could cause it to run differently.
