+1 on D9's great customer service. my experience however was last year and they had alot going on so sometimes products take a while between development and being advertised for sale. (being busy is a good thing though for a small business!) Also, +1 on parts not being "bolt on" though.

I had a very bad experience with Deutsch Nine. I bought a rear spoiler for my 944t. I received a first package, incomplete, many parts were missing. An email told me a second package was on the way. 45 days later, still nothing. I asked by email, the marketing director, Mark, told me he was looking at the situation. A couple weeks later, I received another package. Major parts were still missing (rear and side hatch trims, without them you cant fix the spoiler). I sent another email, Mark told me the missing parts will ship early next week. Another month later, still nothing. Then they stopped answering my emails. I had to call my credit card company for internet FRAUD, and ship back the incomplete and unusable stuff they sent me. Visa refund me.
Be careful with deutsch nine!

Guys, i think we can disregard the message that "carlt" put on here.. It's his only message. I don't think that one would sign up to RL to destroy D9's reputation because they had a proper bad experience!

Out of curiousity, anyone know anything about their RS 4 puck unsprung clutch disc? They claim it will hold 590 ft-lbs and that it "admittedly reduces the cars driveability but by far not as much as the installation of a race clutch providing the same specifications." Seems beefy and the price is right!

D9 has been banned from Rennlist if anyone has noticed... I'm sure "carlt" is probably telling the truth. One of many similar stories.

As most people know, I just made a major purchase from D9. As far as I know I recieved everything. It took a little while to get everything, but that was expected for me coming across the pond. I did have a few communication issues, but all appears fine in the end. I had all items drop shipped to LR, so I have not personally checked out everything. I guess, I should have Mike open up all the boxes and take a peek inside.

If I had a really bad (I mean really really bad) experience with a parts supplier and if I was able to back it up, I would definitely search for all internet forums they are mentioned, sign up and provide anyone with my experience.

Again that would be only because they have really $hit on me bad.

All Rennlist sponsors I have ordered parts from have always provided A1 shipping services on the parts provided (Paragon Products, Lindsey Racing, Vitesse Racing, and even Speed Force Racing shortly before things went south), but D9 have not been one of them.

I have seen some of the parts they make (or used to make?) up close and they looked very nice, but not quite nice enough to risk ordering from them considering how many people have had bad experience with them.
