I would be interested in a intake manifold but it will need to fit a 928 tbody. No biggie I can always ship u one.

Good Idea on the Powder Coating. I will probably send them out blasted on the outside and polished on the inside. And different TB's are easy. I would jest need a template to make them up, I figured the factory one would be the best starting point.

I can say that even with the larger than stock turbo that low end tq is not an issue. That car is a tire shredder. I am impressed with this setup.

Hopefully soon we can all get to the dyno to compare numbers. It's interesting to me how somehow between the three-four of us we will cover a wide range of setups.

Mine .. High compression, big turbo...soon to be 4v
Yours.. Quick spooling 500 hp turbo,e85
Josh ... K27, e85...
Geoff... 26-8 otherwise stock std fuel.

So far , IMO your setup wins on a stock longblock for overall performance.

Update
5 Intake Flanges coming.
4 KKK Turbo Inlet Flanges coming
4 KKK Outlet Flanges coming (For 3" Down Pipes)
4 T3 Turbo Inlets coming
10- 3/8" Stainless one Piece Header flanges being Water Jetted
V bands on the way

I am also going to make a full set of Turbo Headers to a V band right before the Waste Gate connection. This will eliminate multiple flanges!

I will post pictures as they are all build.
I will show weld quality in and out on the Stainless and Aluminum.

Hi Dave.



But serious for a moment. This could spark a little revolution for guys wanting to use modern turbo setups. I for one, don't have the means to fab things like these up. But with guys like Dave stepping up and possibly mass producing(if there is such a thing in the 951 world) modern turbo plumbing for guys wanting to go in that direction, it could cause a major shift in what the overall power standard is for these cars and bring them to the next level.
