Darwin, I know you arent inclined to believe me, but IF you want to sell these, AND are not wanting to wait for another setup just let me know... You could end up with yours back, just a little bit different (I am sure you know who could send you back the up pipe that I swapped out... or thie up pipe could be modified again...)

I am NOT at all worried about it... as I am nowhere near mounting these into my car...

Not to mention I hear rumor another of our awesome RL sponsors might be cooking up an alternative 4-2-1 setup... but at this point it is just rumor and speculation... although IF someone else were to come out with the next best thing... I might just be inclined to hop on and be an early adopter... as I recall having a conversation with them a year and a half ago about the subject... HINT HINT.. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE... IF YOU BUILD IT I AM SURE IT WILL SELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could you offset it by cam and or intake manifold?

Maybe try the VR turbo with the stock headers (or whatever you're going with Darwin). I had an earlier version of one on my old 2.5L and it was definitely driveable. On a tuned 3.1 I'd have to assume it would be very good. Anyway, just a thought.

For right now, a stock system will be going back in as an interim set-up while I wait for a new unit to be designed/fabricated. I am pretty sure I won't be unhappy, and I know that it will work fine with my turbo. I'm not all that motivated to sell the turbo, but just threw it up since it would be out for a bit. Hopefully I can have the car running again within a month!

Best of luck with that. Seems that John is talking about some new headers. Keep us in the loop when they're being installed .Always good to have an alternative in our world.

All will be revealed in due time! They will be different than stock, but still 4-2-1.

I am sure in due time the source will reveal themselves... unless they decide to shelve the exercise...
