What kind of setup are you trying to tune, AFM or MAF based? I think Russel Berry (who does the Max chips) is in the upper NY region and i am sure he can burn chips, though dont know if he does dyno tuning.

May want to look around and find places that can possibly do older BMW's or basically anything with an EPRom type setup.

@reno i found some one who burns chips in house w a dyno and tunes ur KLR called BEHE performance he uses an emulator wich looks pretty cool. two very high end porsche shops by me highly recommend him. so looks like im going there
