Post Cold idle

Just made a couple of mods to the car:

Kokeln intake, LR wastegate, LR stage I intercooler.

The idle was no big deal before, a bit rough for a couple of seconds, then up to snuff with no problems. After inproving the air with the new intake system,,isn't there a temp sensor that feeds the DME to richen up mixture? I also have a new idle air stabilizer to install but have not done so yet. The car also has stage II chips and AFPR(set to stock) but they have been on the car for a while. Anyway,,,the car sputters for a good 10 - 15 seconds if I don't put my foot on the gas to help out, then seems to be fine.

Anyway,,any pointers would be appreciated.

Does it go away after warm up? Is the stumbling mainly under low rpm acceleration?
