EDIT: ok deleting my previous comments. Noticed the current bid ($6750) - somehow I didn't notice the buy-it-now of $17,500.

I certainly hope it sells for that much. Car looks like it's in really nice shape, and knowing that a lifetime of service records are no more than a phone call away (just call the dealer) it's got some premium associated with it. But I sure as hell wouldn't pay $17,500 for it!

It is a really nice car maybe worth 10-12k I wouldnt pay more than 9 but I also wont get it.

I have only ever seen 1 other pearl white 944. It was up in the Chicago area for about $6000. Wish I would have picked that one up vs. my car.

Nah.

Lart only finds the perfect example ones that sell for peanuts on the dollar. $17,500 is out of his range as far as I can tell.

I looked at that car for a RL'er (was it you?)

Car was definitely rough around the edges but the mechanicals were in good shape. Definitely would've made for a good solid driver... but the pearl white paint was kinda beat up (and I'm sure VERY expensive to re-do.)

Yep, 3 stages of paint. Most body shops won't even attempt to match it either so you're looking at a full respray. Lots of Audi guys will respray in a different color when they get a quote for pearl white!

My RZ 350 is a pearly white. Its all original BTW.
