Try temporarily hooking it up under the hood, with different lines and see if there is any difference. The lines running into the cab might be getting pinched off somewhere. Or there might simply be a leaking line.

I checked the boost control by removing it from the car..it doesn't seem to regulate like it should. I have vacuum checked the line from the wastage to the controller and will check the other side today
