Which light bulb for the clock?
Morning:
Could someone please tell me what size/number light bulb is used for the digital clock backlighting? I want to make sure before I start ripping things apart. Thanks to all of you. Been very helpful...

I just went through a similar repair on my car, so I hope this helps. The best reference I have found is at the Paragon Products technical website (www.tech-session.com). There you will find a detailed description of how to replace the bulb without destroying your dash!
Porsche Part number: 944.641.900.00
You will see that the part includes the bulb as well as a plastic retainin clip. It should be available for under $5.
