Post device on rear of fuel rail - leaking sound

While doing an oil change I notice that the device on the fuel rail, connected to the return line I believe, was making a sound like there was an internal leak. Is this normal? There is a minor fuel smell but no leakage could be seen. Thanks

I'm an idiot, I should just listen to my wife and get glasses. In better light I can see it's a leaking injector o-ring. bill
