Really nice pics. Thanks for sharing. It's not every day that we get to see some 944 history in the form of the 924 Carrera GT in action.

Thanks Konstantin for the photos. A real treat. Looks like I've found some other 924 Carrera GT/GTS/GTR fans. Any of you guys have any info on prices. A mint Club Sport GTS w/8K mile IIRC was listed for $65K. I'd love to get a GTS or GTR in need of some TLC. Any leads?

Mike

P.S. Konstantin, last year I had the luck to visit Germany (Bavaria region) on business. The area was beautiful. And the folks in Germany treated me kindly. You guys sure seen to brew alot of beer

i've always liked the 924 carrera, it was a key development to what became the 944 and 944 turbo. i would like to own one someday, but if they go for $65k, i would rather make a replica with a 944 turbo.

hello
a GT goes for about $20000 a GTS for $50000.
Don't ask for a GTR. Never saw one for sale. i would say about $250000 or more.

I know of one (factory) GTR that went for about 70K $. It had spent 4 years outside, and was due to a total resto, but was complete.
There were a few pics here a while ago.

four years outside? I hope it was in a hot climate country.

Can you sent me the url or the pics of this car?

Hi Konstantin,
the thread was on this board, also on Pelican. I can't remember the reference to other pictures, I know they were taken by someone from Germany.
here are the ones I took.
I considered buying it for a while, but the condition, the poor reliability and the impossibility to have it registered for the road made me choose my 1988 turbo Cup 951 instead.

hello
Do you know where is the car now?
For how much they sold it? you said $70000. Is it for sale? is it rebuild, repaired?
It seems I missed the thread on this car and I do not check very often the pelican board :-(

Hi Konstantin,
The car is gone now, It went for about 70K $
I *think* it went to Germany, but I don't know the buyer.
The car was complete to the last bolt and was not rusted. It was VERY dirty, and basically needed a complete cleaning-repaint-mechanical checkover.
