Had my 951S on the dyno yesterday

Ed, 275 RWHP is at the very lease 310fwhp(flywheel hp). Which is a 90 horsepower increase over stock.

As far as tuning goes, I think that if you send autothority an a/f curve they will send you back a custom burned set of chips.

Great point about Autothority, I'm only about an hour from them.

Kind of on topic:
I've notice that most dyno runs I've seen have pretty similar HP compared to torque numbers (Ed's 235hp/252t). When I put my car on the dyno last month at the PNW dyno day it put down 240hp with 280lbs of torque. What would cause my torque# be so high compared to the HP#?
Not that I'm complaining.

This has been a very useful thread.
