According to my factory tour guide in Stuttgart...Zuffenhausen is just a research facility, and Stuttgart is where all the cars are built...well the ones that are built in that area anyway.

as far as I know, Zuffenhausen is part of the city of Stuttgart where the entire Porsche factory is located.
In other words, Stuttgart is divided into many different parts... bleh, I have a map here somewhere from when I visted the factory/museum..
But anyways, I thought 951/944s where made in some german city starting with an "N"..

I believe you're speaking of Neckarsulm. Porsche manufactured most of the 944s in this city at an audi plant:
But not all, to the best of my knowledge, the specific models I mentioned earlier were manufactured in Stuttgart, Zuffenhausen to be more specific.
