Post Mystery Chip

i recently purchased my first car(87 951) and it came with a chipset that is definately not stock. The problem is, i have no idea what it is. If i record the serial numbers(on the chip), would i be able to search a database of some sort to find out what is in there?

Get some pictures and post the numbers, someone will recognize them. I havve never seen a database of after-market chip IDs.

Hey -

If there's only a serial number on the chip - then it might actually BE stock..

Get a pic, or at least the numbers off the chip - and we can see what's what.

HTH@!

Matt,

Sorry to hear about the off-road excursion. Are you going to the PVGP July 20-21??
