Default Reccomended additive to distilled water during testing

I am cuurently trying to work out issues w/ my car and it is taking a bit longer then suspected, I have had just distilled water in it for the past few months, but would like to add a rust inhibitor. Water wetter??

I will need to pull the lines, periodically so really dont want radiator fluid yet. OK w/ just the water, did not want to have things getting rusted up more then they probably are.

Suggestions?

Thanks
Steve

Water wetter is a very good additive.
