I'm looking at the pictures of largeandturbocharged's one-owner 38K mile car in the 951 pic thread, and it looks like the exhaust tip is chrome.

My car has actually been driven a few times in its 20+ years, so I can't tell anymore if the exhaust tip is chrome. Does anyone know?

If so, has anyone tried bringing it back? Can it be done?

the stock tip is gloss black. i don't think chrome was an option, but i'm sure you could have ordered it from porsche if you wanted to.
