Default Oil in my turbo

I just finsihed puting a k27 on my 89 turbo, after it ran for a few minutes, I got a large amount of white smoke. While trying to find the reason, I found that my turbo had a lot of oil in the compressor section. I also found that the hose that connects from the AOS pipe to the j-boot was crushed almost flat. I have read that a plugged aos will cause a lot of smoke, could this also fill the turbo with oil?

The AOS is upstream from the turbo I believe so that could cause oil on the turbo.

White smoke is coolant, black smoke is fuel, blue smoke is oil.
