Have you considered custom K27 chips. I know that when I got my k27/8 from Powerhaus they really pushed the Autothority mass flow with custom k27 chips. I went with it. I can't say I was unhappy with the performance. I was true plug and play as the combo was designed for the k27/8 with 3bar regulator. The execution did leave a little to be desired with fit and quality of the jpipe.
I guess I just expect a lot for 1700.00 investment! Maybe a bracket so the cone filter doesn't flop around? Mine is on the shelf as I am going with different turbo similiar to what Paul did. I have another Rennlister who is interested in the setup, but if he passes can you let you know. Definatly not the cheapest set up but it works.

p951s,
What part of VA are you in? I am in Richmond and have plenty of chips/computers you could try if you think that might help you troubleshoot the problem. You can come by and just plug one of my computer boards in if you like. I have some with stock chips, stage 2 chips, custom chips, etc.

p951 i have some suggestions DO you have stock injectors ? even with a 3 bar you wont have enough fuel for your mods.also maybe your timing belt is off a tooth check it.and last but least are you shure your hearing knock? a number two rod bearing going bad sounds eerily like knock under mild boost.

Check out Jon Milledge's chips. And what's the timing on the non-turbo cam? It may be a problem with duration and overlap. (Just a WAG.)
