You need to be a little more specific. If you have fuel coming out of vaccum lines, you have a big problem.

Have you disconnected the small vaccum lines from the fuel pressure regulator (rear of the fuel rail) and the fuel pressure dampener (front of the rail)? If you are getting fuel into the vac lines, then one of the diaphrams in one of them must have burst. If you have fuel coming out of the nipples on the FPR or FPD, then you know what one has failed.

Thanks for the help guys! I have fuel in the line coming from the rear vacuum unit. I also pulled the plugs and jumped the DME and watched the first three cylinders fill with gas. I just don't understand why all this suddenly started. I did have fuel coming from the nipple of the rear (regulator?) I replaced the hoses and didn't check again. the fuel pressure is perfect on the money though. Is there any way to test the regulator? Thanks
Scott.

Yeah - if you have fuel coming out of the nipple of the regulator, you can feel confident that your money won't be wasted on a new one.

Ok, looks like the regulator blew out and the whole engine got pumped full of gas. Now my problem is I can't get it out of whereever it is coming from. It just keeps filling number one. I have disconnected the fuel rail and pulled the fuse and relay to the pump. There is no fuel source but it keeps coming up with it.
Thanks.
Scott.

Are you sure it is fuel? Could it be water/coolant flowing through the head gasket or a crack in the head? Is it losing coolant?

Its gas. Someone keep me from killing myself. This isn't about you guys starting a Porsche anymore. It is about saving my life. I am not kidding. I have never been so frustrated. I thought I had all the gas out and reassembled everything. It will now crank over with out locking up, so it's better. But number one cylinder again is getting fueled up. Again I killed the entire fuel system and it just keeps getting there. It must be in the intake or somewhere. I will try to hold out a little longer.
Thanks.
Scott.

I'd be nervous about turning it over at all if the engine's been full of gas. It would have washed all the oil out of the bearings etc. Unless you're a pretty competent mechanic, I'd take it to a Porsche shop for them to have a look.
