I just purchased this 86 951 102k miles for 4k. heres a list of what the last owner did, he had paper work for all of it. ill get some pictures up asap. I was wondering if i got a good deal or not. thanks
1986 Porsche 944 Turbo (951)
Installed "Cup" software
Installed Boost Enhancer
Installed two lock arms on doors
Replaced electrical Lock micro switches
Installed Fosgate Amp (under passenger seat) and wiring
Installed Pioneer CD Head unit
Installed Kenwood 3 way 4X6 door speakers
Installed Punch 8" subwoofer in hidden enclosure
Replaced waterpump and all associated hardware
Replaced thermostat
Replaced timing belt
Replaced balance shaft belt
Replaced all rollers
Resealed front of engine
Replaced spark plugs/Spark Plug wires, Cap and Rotor
Replaced front swaybar bushings
Replaced front brake pads
Installed new Sachs Clutch disk
Installed new Pivot bearing guide
Installed new Pivot bearing
Refaced pressure plate
Replaced clutch slave cylinder
Transaxle flushed and filled
Brake Fluid flush
Resealed the rear hatch
Installed new hot water valve
Installed two new reference sensors
Removed, cleaned and serviced both half shafts
Installed KLA Industries Camber Truss
Installed KLA Industries 12 point adjustable rear (non-coilover) shocks
Installed externally adjustable boost control ****
Installed high performance head gasket
Shift boot replaced
Installed 3.0 Bar Bosch Fuel Pressure Regulator
Replaced motor mounts with Ultra Mount adjustable height engine mounts
Installed TIAL Wastegate with SFR adaptor kit
Installed K27 Turbo (Same as used in 1989 944 Turbo)
Installed 3" Stainless Steel Fab Speed exhaust and turbo downpipe, and Y-Pipe
Replaced starter
Replaced alternator
Replaced throttlebody sensor
Replaced ECU temperature sensor
New ECU starting relay
New gas damper
Bosch blow-off valve
New belts
New Intercooler boots (harder)with factory look
my question is do i need to do anything else? also it has some damage to the right front fender, anyone happen to have a zermatt silver one laying around? thanks

The '89 944 Turbo came with a K26/8, not a K27. The easiest way to determine what you have while it's in the car is to measure the compressor inlet. You should get a wideband O2 sensor and aftermarket boost gauge if it does not have these already. Also, the boost enhancer is not needed with the MBC.

I too recently purchased an '86 951 third party advertised as "stock". I bought a Russel Berry MaxxHP DME chip for $210 to enhance performance. After tracking down the previous owner I learned he had done many mods, including a Vitesse
MAF chip...no need for the MaxxHP! I still have it in the original packaging, never installed, and for sale for $150. Might be a nice addition to your semi-stock setup?
