You went fat at 5K. You were making gobs of torque, 284ft/lbs. Carefully lean out the top end with your MAF, and you should see 280-290hp.

What wastegate are you running? Do you have a boost chart?

Since you are a rennlist member, you can post to your web space. Go to the members webs and sign up for your web space.

If your boost is rock solid from 3K-6K, then you just went fat . Lean out the high end and you should be good to go.
