Hi - I am new to rennlist and looking for the original owners of my 1986 944 Turbo. The car is black on tan. When I pulled a car fax it looked like the car came from Dayton Ohio. It only had 27,000 miles on it in 1996. It looks like the second owner took it from there to 46,000 miles and sold it in 1998. When I got the car it had Gotti wheels on it, tinted windows, and an insert between the rear lights. I think that the first owner's name was Max Montya? I tried calling the main PCA office but they could not give me any other info.
I am hoping to find out more on the history of the car and maybe see if the previous owners have any records lying around
If anyone has any other ideas for how to track down previous owners the info would be greatly appreciated. I've got the vin handy if that would be of any help.
