Excellent sir!
I got my boost gauge installed. Its a crappy $30 from kragen. Same warranty as the auto-meter one, so I figured what the heck. Id rather save money. I have way more time than money right now. Im driving a poor man's porsche! If I had money I'd be driving a Z06
Boost gauge review to follow. I had to glue the fittings. The vacuum line popped off at 10psi. The readings were consistent. This pic was taken while driving down my street.

It comes with the little compression fittings. Then I used black vaccuum line to connect everything. I hooked into the KLR boost line. Yes it was totally my fault that it popped off

The boost enhancer was boosting to almost 14psi. I did a couple more runs and noticed it settles to 12 after it hits 14. After driving around for about 30 min it starts to settle down even more. 13 psi was the max I saw and it stayed pretty solid at 11-12 psi after it settled. Engine temps were normal. Success!
The effects of the boost enhancer are more easily seen from a roll, it does seem to spool up faster. I would recommend the product. I will post an update to my blog and youtube channel to be fair to the product. I think the boost enhancer just needed to "break-in" maybe.
The boost gauge is really fun. I feel like I have a german rice rocket now lol.

I just went on another drive. I am already addicted. This car gets to high speeds very quickly. The brakes are ridiculous! I also really enjoy the factory adjustable suspension. I have so much stuff to play with and Im not spending big bucks (yet). And people have been approaching me and talking to me about the car. (Only men though) which is a little disappointing lol. Its all good though, women are expensive.
To be truthful I totally hated this car at first. I was anti-forced induction. I bought the car to resell it (An 89 turbo for 5 grand. Who wouldn't buy it?). I made some sacrifices to get the money so I was in a bad mood about it. Then I slowly fell in love with it. And now I'm modifying it. Maximum Race! lol
