i can't say for sure as i haven't dynoed it, but it's a stroked 2.8L with a big valve head, lindsey intake manifold, 4:1 header, upgraded turbo (mid-size, nothing huge) so i'd say well over 400rwhp...

How do you use two of them?? Is it really neccasary to run two?

Are BOV based on hp or amount of boost??

i.e .Could be running 200hp with 20 psi or 400 hp with 10psi Which is the determining factor, hp or boost???

993's are twin turbo's...hence the need for 2 CBV's.
