I'm going to try the Redline Heavyweight Shockproof for street/track, but I think their GL-4 MT90 is recommended as well.

Redline tech recommened switching from the shockproof to MT90, which is what I did with my 951S tranny. He said shockproof might be bit too thick and the MT90 would help the syncros engage little bit easier.

Redline!!! I'm upgrading my N/A to that, myself. Since it also doesn't go below freezing here, I'm thinking of putting Redline's Water Wetter in my antifreeze tank, so my engine runs cooler.

Do you guys think it would be better to go with the thicker Redline if you don't have a tranny cooler but do have a lsd? One would think thicker the better for higher temps. right?

SWEPCO is supposed to be the best; expensive though (about $45 a gallon mail order). Be careful that synthetics you may use are lsd safe, some may be too slippery for the clutches, but if Redline recommends it, I'm sure it's ok.
Redline Water Wetter; you can just add it to your existing antifreeze, & it does seem to help a bit.
If I had lsd but no cooler, I would just change the oil much more often. I'm going to get one of those 5 gallon oil bucket pumps http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=6970&langId=-1&catalogId=4006970&PHOTOS=on&TEST=Y&productId=13350&categoryId=54

That will make that job a LOT easier. My brother (heavy equipment guy) was telling me that you can buy 5 gallons of Shell synthetic for about $25 from the heavy equipment dealer, since I have no lsd, maybe I should just buy that stuff and change it very often.

MT-90 is thicker than their similar MTL fluid. I've used the MT-90 for a year or two without problems. It quieted a really noisy LSD too.
