the first 135 I ran was a Dinan...405HP, a bad little car though perhaps a bit heavy. Kind of a chick looking car..but fun. Hell I've driven a stock 135 with the 6 cyl. twin turbo (great engine) and it was a really fun drive!

I had a 07 335i and I don't think you can get more than 420 hp out of them with the current tuning kits available on the stock turbo set up. I could be wrong though. Regardless they are fast and the 1 series are a bit quicker due to less weight. I wonder if those engines still have the high pressure fuel pump issues. My car died on me at 5000 miles and it took BMW 9 days to fix it.

I took the exit which has a long three lane frontage road..he did too. He pulled up motioning for me to hit it. This time I pulled the infamous PiperPorsche brake boost trick in third and shot out on him. I'll have to admit he pulled some of that in and again stayed glued just off my back bumper! Little bastard was fast.
He tried motioning for a third try but I'd had enough fun by then. He did NOT look amused. Bottom line is he picked on me and never could hang a bumper on the old 944. I tried giving him thumbs up but he could not be consoled. He looked downright pissed
Wonder if he realized I had a single turbo 4 cylinder?

Sounds like it was a good run. I've had my fun, but I never found any 135's. I'm in limbo with plans to get a rolling 944 chassis for my engine and trans. I wish I had videos of some of the cars I've run. I do have a couple on YouTube, but they werent my favorites.

Im selling my 951. It runs and drives but it will need a clutch soon. Here is your opportunity to own a very fast 951 for cheap :P

What happens when you need to turn or stop? Guess you don't have to on the Hwy....and this is called 'racing'?
