So looking at them funny, or touching the nipples wrong will cause them to break off?? Also improper stress of the nipples by the hose, likely caused by advanced age is also a possible cause??

I will have to remeber this for future refference! And begin looking for a younger controller with nipples less prone to age induced stress fractures!

Is this only really a concern with older controllers that have 3 nipples, or is it also a concern with the more common 2 nipple variety?
