Default Body parts needed

While leading group 3 at the SCCA regional at Lime Rock yesterday I came in contact with the #2, spun and collected by #3. The result is shown in the photos. Thankfully no one was hurt and all damage appears to be sheet metal. The car is in the bodyshop in need of both quarter panels, both rear lights and left side bumper end. If anyone has any information on where these can be located in the Northeast please let me know. TIA

Might be cheaper to just find a tub to cut up, rather than getting "parts".

Yes, a reasonably priced tub is another option. Thank you

I have a Turbo Tub - it's red, yours for $500

I also have tail lights & end cap if you decide to fix that tub

Not allowed by SCCA STU rules.

you could always beat the quarters out rough ballpark and leave it as race patina.
Then maybe scuff and shoot the car flat and go back to racing.

don't need to be pretty to be fast.

Although what you said makes sense considering how agressive some of the SCCA racers are. But at this point I'd rather get it repaired correctly.

In case one cares to see how it happened.

wow, that 2nd driver owns all that mishap. I doubt intentional, but he was way overdriving (chasing) the car. He apparently was watching you, not the track. Hope you got an honest apology out of the deal.

One benefit of driving it banged up... if this guy gets a little over zelous, you don't have to worry about scratching up the pretty new paint when you late brake his *** (sending him offtrack) and return the favor.
