Red face LBE question

Just installed my LBE and the boost comes on quicker, but not as hard as it used to and not as big a difference as many people in here have said. I am running about 1 bar just not coming on as "kick in the pants" as I was expecting. Varies a litle in each gear, but roughly .4-.5 at 3K and .8-.9 at 4-4,200 rpm.

Sound about right? any questions comments, concerns???

The main difference I see is that peak boost comes on sooner. In third gear and higher I hit 1 bar at 3000 rpm (in a Turbo S). Subjectively it feels stronger in the 3000-4000 rpm range, but above that it's the same as without the LBE, as it should be. To me the power delivery actually feels smoother and more linear with the LBE, which might explain why there is less sense of a kick in the pants.
