Josh -- I'm curious if you ever sent the bad injectors to WitchHunter and, if so, whether they were able to recreate the issue with their equipment? Would be good to know if a load dependent problem like this can be detected by their testing.

Hey Tom,
Haven't sent them in yet. I did call and they said they thought there equipment could pick it up.

Debating if it is worth the chance and potentially throwing bad money after good

Understood. Would be helpful to know if they really can detect that kind of a problem. If so, at least you'd know which injector to throw out, and which to sell on ebay.

Josh, do you have a zeitronix log you could send showing when the injector was not firing properly. Ed has a very similar issue, and none of the more obvious things seem to be the issue. his car will drive and boost just fine for a while, but then after 10 minutes or so it will start to stumble (feel like its on 3 cylinders) under boost and the AFR jumps up. I've noticed that the higher the AFR jumps, the choppier the zeitronix AFR graph -- making me think one injector may be shutting down. Here is a screen shot of when it happens on his car...

Tom, I just sent you a email with a list of things to check.. "time/heat" related issues are a PITA, hopefully something simple.

Thanks John. We tried a different set of injectors and FPR and it "seems" to have fixed the problem. If it holds up, we'll sort which it was (FPR or injector) and report back. My bet is that one of the injectors was failing under boost and/or higher duty cycles.
