I am using 83lbers. Had another lister offer some 72s on loan but he is out of town and I would have to adjust the FQS to use those. I was planning on going that route but if you had a closer fit that would be awesome!

Sent you a PM with another idea. Also, Witchhunter will test and clean injectors super fast. I had mine back in less than a week, including shipping.

Well - ran an experiement this evening with interesting results. I got a spare set of 75lb Delphi injectors from 67King for testing purposes. I installed them on the car and no stutter. There is a slight single hiccup at around 5200 RPM that showed up after a few runs - might be those solid core wires though. I am thinking I need to track some some new injectors and get some Clewitt twisted core plug wires from Pelican. Also am planning on installing the resistors for the injectors as I don't think those were ever put on this car.

Wonder if I should go back with Siemens injectors or try something else?

Can't you use something like id 1000's? Yes they cost a lot more but the total outlay is not huge.

Glad your issue is getting better, Josh. My 951 just acquired a somewhat similar problem. Mine's got a massive hesitation through the entire boost range at WOT, not an RPM-specific stutter like you had. Also suddenly running obscenely rich at idle and part throttle

Any suggestions are appreciated: https://rennlist.com/forums/944-turb...ml#post8632241

Wrap on this issue... Bought a new set of Siemens Deka injectors and they arrived yesterday afternoon. I installed them and took the car out for a test drive. 0 issues - runs perfect all the way through the RPM range. I am planning on sending the old set to WitchHunter. I emailed them and they said they would probably be able to tell what was going on. I suspect that one injector was just shutting off completely.

As an aside I first bought a set of Delphi injectors off ebay to replace my Siemens. Upon arrival though and inspection I realized they were knockoffs or something as the build quality wasn't the same. I'll start another thread on that with pics.

We gotta meet up again soon. I need to get in on this E-85 business amongst other things (such as getting another ride at more than 10psi)

Do I get a prize for guessing right on the first try?
