Boost surging...? Profec A controller
I have a 951 with a lindsey racing wastegate and a Profec A controller.
When I floor it.... the boost jumps to 8-9 psi....holds and then jumps to 15-16 to almost redline and falls off.
I like the 15-16 psi jump but shouldnt it be hitting that right at ~3,000 rpm... it seems like I get 8-9 upto ~4000-4500 and then a big kick in the *** as it jumps to 15 psi.
Why would the boost only jump to 8-9 and not 15 right of the start?
Thanks for you help!
****DOES ANYONE HAVE A PROFEC A MANUAL I NEED ONE BADLY **** THANKS!!!!

Did you bypass the cycling valve when installing the profec A?
Do you have the club gate or the dual port from Lindsey?
Did you try all the setting in the back of the controller?
With my profec B i tried them all and it only worked good with one setting.
check out this link for info on bypassing the cycling valve.
