Post Turbo S vs. Ferrari 328: '88 magazine review

Here's an interesting article that I scanned from a 1988 issue of the British 'Performance Car' magazine. It compares the Ferrari 328 and the Turbo S. (I love the colorful writing style of the British automotive journalists).

Man I did not know my car came from the factory pushing 1.82 bar of boost and here I am only running 1.1 bar

The 1.82 bar is what's reflected on the factory boost gauge.

It's not an actual pressure of 1.82 x 14.7

The boost pressure is actually .82 bar.

Your 1.1 bar is 16.7psi

The .82 bar is 12 psi

You're running more boost than 1.82 bar (on the factory gauge.).
