Finding info on a wrecked Turbo S...
Hello, I recently picked up a wrecked Turbo S ('88) from the Washington DC area. Has anyone seen this car, or know someone who can point me in the right direction? I'd like to find out a little about the history of the car -- like what's been done in the past.
I do know this, the VIN is WP0AA2954JN151617. It has 100k miles. I believe the color is Zermat Silver with a black cloth interior. The driver's seat has been removed (it was probably a race seat) and it has a Bray-Krause harness bar. It's very clean and looks well taken care of. It had an unfortunate accident, but it appears that the fine craftsmanship and engineering helped protect the driver well.
Here's pictures:
(phooey! Is there a way to post a picture without using an HTML link?) Does anyone want to do this for me?

I tried emailing you, Sybelix, but I'm getting this error:
"Sorry, either the user or the board administrator is blocking access to this email address."

I'm not glad it turned out to be an S!
Geezzzzzzz So what's left of the car that's usable? Big parts wise?
I hope the trans didn't get screwed up or the crank of the engine, etc....
I would have hated to been in that wreck!

This '88 944 turbo S had a Recaro racing seat on the driver's side, with Sabelt seat belts. The car also aftermarket chips from Authothority, fabcar racing right and left control arms($800 ea.), fire extinguisher in front of the passenger seat, a $840 complete cup car sauchs clutch package(carbon fiber clutch), and blueprinted fuel injectors by a Porsche master mechanic. The car was the also Silver rose, with Black leather interior. Oh and by the way, this was my car. Van, e-mail me and i can tell you more about the car. I have some question myslef, actually. Man, i can't even put into words how looking at these pictures makes me feel. Seriously. Does anybody care to hear about the accident?
