Interested in the BOV, what brand is it, or who sells it? Curious to know if different springs are available for it.

Matt,

I really have no idea what brand it is. There is no marking on it that I can find. It was on my car when I bought it. It works fine and I love the sound it makes. I went back to the stock airbox and j-boot and this BOV was to tall without excessive plumbing so I bought LR BOV. It fit great with the LR MAF I had before.

Yeah, I was wondering about the height too... I should probably hold off until I get my car back together before I buy a new BOV. I'll be using all new parts, so I don't know how much room I'll have with the M-Tune MAF and LR hard pipes.

If its still available in a few weeks (yeah, right!!), I'll give you a shout. GLWS.

If you want to improve the setup, replace the PowerPerfect with a Mafblaster or Smt6. The PowerPerfect doesn't give you enough cells to adjust across. It was a simple solution to fine tuning but was passed by by smt6 and other similar products.

Or ditch the piggy back for fine tuning, and go for the Ostrich and socket...

I think that BOV is a TurboXS or a knock off.

Yup, anything but the original solution of fine tuning the MAF trnasfer function by using a set of pots to adjust the slope.

I also saw a picture of that BOV on an old LR ad from Excellence... I guess they used to sell that one before they switched to their current aluminum BOV.
