Default Recommended cat by-pass pipe

I am looking for a cat by-pass pipe for my girlfriends 1989 951. Please give your recommendations! Stealth look is preferred if possible.

Make your own, people charge out the a*s for steel ones and actually beat you over your head for stainless steel ones. I will be making my own soon and will document the process. Anyone with decent mig welder skills and a cutoff saw can do it.

If you want smooth flow from a 3" pipe, get one that's professionally made with mandrel bends. Smooth flow will decrease pressure drop, the thing you are trying to attain by going to 3".

I have a fabspeed and it is well-made.

If you want a stealth look then just take something long and knock the core of the cat out. Or there are companies that make fake cats, they are just a can over a normal pipe.

Yes I am sure we could make one ourself, or gut the cat, but after becoming parents we are more and more willing to spend money to save time...

The Fabspeed one looks good, but can we use just the 3" cat bypass and the original exhaust system?

I would suggest you purchase the entire 3 inch exhaust system including a new wastegate. The best upgrade you can do before putting on a bigger turbo. Lindsey and Fabspeed both make them.
