Wanted to buy...Black 951 in Cali

I’m willing to travel anywhere within California. A stock 951 is highly preferred, but not a necessity. I’m in no rush and wisely listening to the advice of current and previous 951 owners to not be hasty. Let me know if you have something for sale that I might be interested in or can help me out on any leads. This is basically what I’m looking for…
* Under 100k miles.
* Stack of service records, receipts, etc.
* No major accidents.
* Mechanically a 10/10. Must have had clutch, water pump, all belts, and all the other common problems 951’s are known to become money pits for replaced recently.
* Exterior => Black. I will not consider a 951 in any other color. The condition of the paint, dings, & dents are not as important. I wouldn’t mind doing a re-spray and/or very minor body work as long as the price compensates for it, but doing a complete paint change is just too much of a pain in the ***.
* Interior => I understand a 15+ year old car will not be in perfect shape so I’m a little flexible in this category. The condition of the seats are irrelevant since they’ll be replaced with aftermarket seats eventually. I don’t mind cracked dashes as long as the price compensates for it.
* Spending limit => $10k +/- $1k for something that is in showroom condition with 90k miles, etc or $10k minus amount needed to get it to showroom condition.
I know it’s a far stretch, but I have a 95 E320 with 160k fwy miles in near perfect shape that I’d be willing to work out some sort of a trade with. I also have a $8,000+ Snap-On tool box in near perfect shape that I'm looking to get in the neighborhood of $5,500, but could include in some sort of deal.
I've been searching Autotrader, <a href="http://www.cars.com," target="_blank">www.cars.com,</a> <a href="http://www.sfgate.com," target="_blank">www.sfgate.com,</a> <a href="http://www.craigslist.org," target="_blank">www.craigslist.org,</a> Ebay, <a href="http://www.recycler.com," target="_blank">www.recycler.com,</a> <a href="http://www.germanusedcars.com," target="_blank">www.germanusedcars.com,</a> Yahoo auto's, & Pelican twice a week now. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

I haven't found anything under 100K, but I've found quite a few! If I do, I'll let you know!

I may have a connection on one Wicked, send me an email and I'll send you a picture and contact. All stock, beautiful black ext/tan leather int. Think it's an '87. From a fellow PCA member in my local. I'd buy it, but I only have a two car garage and my wife won't let me park her new Buick outside ;o)

To bad u are not in the Chicago area. I am thinking about selling my 951. It has 80K ,1988 in excellent shape, all receipts. It is white though. It would be in your price range. Everyone keeps saying there are a lot of 944 's ,but I don't know, maybe there are not to many here in Chicago, but when I was looking they were hard to find. The turbos were even harder to find the few I saw were in terrible condition. One had the miles turned back almost certain. All the pedals and interior were badly worn yet he had 50K on the odometer!! Oh BTW I read that starting from 87 or 88 had an improved timing belt tensioner on it.I think 89 turbo would be great but I see them at about 15K if they have lower miles. I got a hunch these cars are going to go up in price!! I hope I am right. PS cars.com has a few there.
