The turbine is a custom made Garret. The following info was supplied to me by the builder... does anybody know what it means?
The size and trim are as follows: 60-1 HiFi / Stage III ...
Edit: information removed due to possible proprietary nature of specs. Sorry for any issues
From what I understand, it will support up to 500hp. T04 60-1 HiFi?
Any insight would be appreciated.

I'm by no means an expert but I do have a T04E 60-1, P Trim, 1.00 a/r hot side turbo. The 60-1 Hi-Fi is the same compressor I believe but the inlet or outlet on the intake is smaller. I'm told the 60-1 compressor can support 500 hp but I believe in Hi-Fi configuration you would be closer to 400 - 450 hp.
My turbo is on an RX7 and many guys go with the 60-1 wheel in either Hi-Fi or other form. I know a guy with an RX7 who ran a 60-1 Hi-Fi and was making approx 325 hp at the wheels. He was using a Haltech E6K for engine management. I'll check some of my old e-mails and get some more details. Hope this helps.

Turbonetics claims 10%-15% more flow out of the full 60-1 versus the Hi-Fi.
Yes, you can get OVER 400 rwhp out of a 60-1 hifi. BDC made 425+ @ 17 psi on this turbo. BOOSTD7 made 335 +/-3 at 9.5psi. The turbo is GREAT for a street car.

These are all comments and info from the RX7 Forum that I frequent. The guy I spoke of who made 325 hp at the wheels (at 10 psi) has increased the boost and gotten way more. That is his dyno sheet that I have attached.
Sorry if all this info is on RX7's but that is where I have gained most of my turbo knowledge. They are very open about sharing turbo specs and info over there, something I encourage we do here. One thing that I do know is that it is important to match the turbo to the car and as such I can't promise that the 60-1 HiFi will make the same power on a 951. Just like slapping a turbo off a semi truck onto a 951 and expecting 1800 ft-lbs of torque because that is what the truck makes is unrealistic, these power levels for the 60-1 on a 951 could also be unrealistic. It all has to do with exhaust flow and volumetric efficiency of the engine. The rotary engine flows a ton of exhaust for it's displacement and as such handles a large turbo fairly well. I don't know if the same is true for the 951.
