New seat pictures.
These are from Status Racing. Kevlar shells in leather. These are their Ring GT series. The mounts are very strong, and their sliders work really well. I wanted a larger seat than the Recaro, and these are really comfortable.

They look great George. Perhaps even better than you described them. I assume you haven't had any road time in them yet until the gearbox is sorted? Are they Race approved?

No seat time other than sitting in them. My new transmission should show up early next week. We'll install my LSD and bolt up the new LR motorsport axles when the new trans is installed. We have a warranty on the box. If there are any issues, it gets shipped back. This new trans came out of a 968 with less than 35K on the odo.
When the LSD is installed, we'll find any issues with the transmission. We have a 30 day warranty from install, not reciept of the unit. It usually 90 days, but when they knew what car it was being installed, they changed it to 30 days. I'm fine with this, as we'll know any issues from day one.

The Recaro is a Profi.
