well that changed NOTHING....
i think it running a bit better yesterday after i filled up was a "good" day. today on the way to work, it wanted to stall out when pulling out of my driveway... then is stumbled all the way up to 3000 rpm with no boost(light throttle) and when i tried a bit later to see what it does in boost it stumbled and sputtered and black smoke came out of the exhaust and all that so nothing i have tried has even changed it a little....
checked or replaced:
TPS sensor
O2 sensor
DME temp sensor
Knock sensor
cleaned MAF
cleaned and checked spark plugs
checked wires
checked compression
checked for boost leaks
checked for vacuum leaks
checked for pre turbo exhaust leaks
checked turbo
replaced fuel filter
checked fuel pressure
i get full boost but it feels like the engine doesnt want it or know what to do with it. when i get on it it stumbles and smells bad of fuel but if i ease into it is pulls better and smells less lof fuel and doesnt stumble as much.

I'm also in the camp of an injector issue. I mentioned it already, but I still don't think that Dice has properly addressed this yet.
All it takes is one bad injector and/or connection and you will get the symptoms that are being described.
Could even be DME related; not controlling the injectors.

the timing has been looked at multiple times....
besides cleaning the injectors and listening for clicking while running what else can i do to see if the injectors are working properly?
i wiggled the harness and it didnt change anything...
i noticed today while waiting in the drive through of starbucks that the car idles fine for a few minutes and then drops a little and then catches it self and starts to idle fine again.... it also runs better when its a bit cooler out... this is all under "no boost" conditions

I'd be concerned about driving it. All that fuel can cause cylinder wear.
If you do have only one stuck injector, it'd be apparent on the plug for that cylinder. You could always get it into Black Smoke mode and chop the motor. CLutch in, key off, coast to a stop. No idling. Then check the plugs.
This is not hard to do if you have a planned place to pull off the road safely (or in a parking lot.)
Then you see what the plugs look like and if one or more are wet with fuel.
This is known as a "plug chop."
I forget, have you checked for a strong spark with a spark checker or the like?

I have checked the plugs multiple times already... They look normal.
At idle the gauge is reading 35-40psi
If one of the injectors was stuck open or something you would hear a difference when listening for the clicking with the stethoscope deal....
