Post Great new video on the website! 3.1 liter NA 944

Just posted fresh video of our yellow car at Willow Springs International Raceway. 2 different drivers, 2 different events, same track. Engine is a 3.1 liter with side pipes. LOUD! The video is broken up into manageable pieces so it doesn't take so long to download from the website, but it's in sequence and labeled as such. Have fun and crank it up!

Dood! Thats the footage of Neil against Derrek driving my car! Which is cool... but I ask you to PLEASE not refer to my car as a "Huntley street/track 951". "A slightly modified street 951 driven by Derrek..." would be more appropriate. If I recall, we had a BIG thread about this back in November. Remember?

In the videos, my car is a full weight street car (if anyone says the fiber front end lightens it, they're right... but they just don't know about the massive stereo system), stock rims, stock motor, stock turbo, coil overs (400# front, 600# rear) and an HR MAF kit at that point (on Kuhmos). Made 284 WHP, with no power above 5500 rpm (stock turbos suck).

I like to see the car racing, but remember that it is not a Huntley car... there are a few of those that you should get a race with and get some video... like that 2.8L N/A at California with PCA. But my car is a STREET car that has had some work done to it.

It was a good race though - My car pulled your car REALLY hard on the straights, and PARKED it REALLY bad in the corners.

For those of you who don't know what the heck I'm talking about... my car is the turbo in front of the Anderson car during videos #1 and #2 (until Derrek forgets that the car weighs too much and doesn't quite get on the binders enough for turn 1, having a little 'off'). A good example of why HP alone doesn't win races (you also need good rubber, good brakes, and as little weight as possible (my car had none of these)).

So anyway, John, please modify the commentary to indicate that Derrek is driving a customer's car, and other references to the car should be "Derrek" instead of "Huntley" - his shop was not racing your shop... He was dialing in my brand spankin new suspension (and I got really pissed when he messed up the tires after a practice session, so after he replaced them, I made him promise to go easier as to not destroy the new set). You might also want to add some back story about how Neal and Derrek have known each other for so long blah blah blah... anyway, not trying to be a jerk about this, but we did go over this in November.

BTW, I have the footage from MY car on a tape sitting here... no way to get it on the computer though... I think its pretty funny because I give commentary when I drive. There was this a**h*** in a red SVT Mustang Cobra that kept passing in non-passing zones (we were time trialing - that's how he got around me)... and I'm driving there cussing at him the whole time... pretty funny. Plus you get to hear my BOV all the time (no motor noise since the exhaust is stock, so the cockpit is nice and quiet for my commentary).
