Post autothority MAF wiring question

I am in the process of putting my car back together. While it was apart I lost the wiring that goes between the MAF and the stock AFM plug. I have the plugs for both ends but I do not know which connectors on the MAF do what. I also want to wire in the air temperature sensor. My MAF has the connectors labeled A,B,C,D with A being at the inlet (filter end) and D being at the outlet (engine end. I know that I need +12, common, and 0-5V signal out of the maf. Can someone tell me which connectors due what.

thanks

John

Ford/Pro-M MAFs with the oval connector

A - 12V
B - Ground
C - Signal Ground
D - MAF Output

VAF connector
1 - Temp Sensor +
2 - VAF Output
3 - 5V Reference
4 - Ground

If the autothority setup plugs straight into the stock harness with no piggyback, then wire D into 2, supply 12V to A, ground B somewhere near the MAF, and wire C into 4. Add a temp sensor by wiring one end to pin 1 and grounding the other side. I tie all my grounds together at the MAF end. This is the way I wire up my MAFs, I would assume AA would be the same.
