PFD

With the cost of auto lifts close to $2000 and up, has anyone looked into the end frame lift Harbor Freight and Norther Tool sell? These are billed as end frame lifts, but the pad spread seems like it would be sufficient for use on the side. With a lift on each side, it seems like a good alternative to a mid rise lift at about 1/2 the cost. Comments?
