After 5 weeks, multiple emails, 5+ phone calls, 2 credit card charges, multiple broken promises, my short-shifter kit appears to actually have a UPS tracking number. Woo-hoo.

Patrick,

I got your emails. I replied to your emails.They never came back. Your muffler has already been shipped. It will be there Thursday.

Matt,

I already talked to you about the MISTAKE ON MY PART!!!!!!!! I thought it was settled? I even threw in some free parts to make up for my mistake. We ended up losing all of our profit and actually pulling money out of our account just to make up for this mistake. I dont know what else you expect me to do?

I don't expect you to do anything at this point. Mistakes happen, no doubt about that. When you lose an order, I would guess you would spend a little more effort making sure it goes out immediately. When it doesn't go out again, I would expect even more of an effort to assure it gets to the customer. After the 3rd time, it gets a little frustrating. Fact is, if I wouldn't have called, again, it would still be sitting in your shop.

When you gave me the tracking number on Friday, you said it might not show up because UPS had just picked it up. According to UPS, they picked it up on Monday, not Friday.

Neither here nor there, since it appears to be on the way now. You seem to offer a nice supply of products for the 951 and I will probably be back in the future.
