Seeking Upgrade/MODs Input
I want to pickup a few things for my '87 turbo:
- European driving lights
- Intake/exhaust
- Chip

Burning Brakes
Chips- Either Vitesse or Lindsey Racing Max Chip set.
Exhaust- I've used Speed force Racing 3 inch before and was happy. I just bought a full 3 inch exhaust with cat delete and down pipe from Fabspeed and it looks sick.
Intake- Please explain. Do you mean the mass air meter or the actual intake manifold. If you mean the Mass Air, there are a lot of opinions. Again Vitesse and Lindsey Racing are very popular.

Just wired up another listers Euro fogs yesterday... he loves them....
PLEASE when installing these do NOT use vampire taps to power them!
Chips / intake (MAF) call Vitesse... or get in touch with rogue tuning (Rogueant user name on here)
Exhaust... pick your poison... 3 inch 4 in 5 inch all available, with and without cat, free flow or muffled... settle on exhaust and intake before choosing chips, or you will redo the chips...

Thanks for all the input.
I want a MAF system but there are a few out there. Even though this will be #5 for me it's my first turbo. I want to squeeze some more HP and torques out without getting insane. Also want to straighten out the powerband and decrease lag (spool faster).
Quickest/$martest way to get there is intake exhaust (+chip) right?
What about shims -v- dual port wastegate?
cjacob813, sounds like you went the way I'm likely heading.. Do you have any dyno numbers on your setup?

Not sure how shims would work. but IMO id rather go with a dual port wastegate. then you wouldn't need to change in in the future.
The way i see it. if you're going to do a mod, do it right the first time.
From what i've seen/read the past year on mods. Vitesse V-flex or rogue tuning M tune upgrade is the way to go for "intake"
Exhaust is your choice in vendor, IMO they're pretty much the same thing where ever you buy it. 3" or 4" you're choice again.
