Post Pardon my ignorance but Turbo Cup Car suspension?

I have a pretty much stock 88 Turbo S. I hear alot about the turbo cup car suspension which were apparently used in the cars of the Turbo Cup race series in the 80's (is that right?). Anyways, does my Turbo S have that suspension? Is this the same as the M 030 suspension upgrade. I believe my car has that and a limited slip diff. If its not, whats the difference?
Thanks

Turbo Cup cars had a different suspension package than the M030 package.

Front Bilstein Struts with threaded body and progressive springs-coilover( 410 lbs. Much stiffer than M030)

30mm Hollow front sway bar

Rear Bilstein shocks with threaded body with springs(coilover) 25.5mm Torsion bar
21mm Three way adjustable rear sway bar.

Turbo S had height adjustable front struts,
175 lbs springs. 26.8mm Front Sway bar.

18mm Rear sway bar. 25.5mm torsion bar

I understand that some number of Cuip Cars came with Koni Coilovers(Not M 030 Koni)

Eugene is right. I have the cup konis. They are rebound and bound adjustable and have progressive 3 3/8 inch id. 410 lb. springs with adjustable perches. The normal koni spring is 2.5 inch id.

There are slightly different versions of the Turbo S Cup suspension depending on where the series was held. For example, the Canadian series used Koni's which, I believe, were not adjustable but valved to match the progressive springs. These are the Koni's that are no longer available.

For what it is worth, both Paul at Koni in Ky., and Jason at paragon are under the impression that original cup konis were bound and rebound. I just recently had mine revalved and Paul was hard pressed to get 5% more out of them - and they are very unavailable.

I have a set, they are really nice. Some had Koni and some Bilstein. I am not sure if it was for different locales or different years of the series.
